Mihailove is a Zurich jewellery studio devoted to bespoke pieces, where every creation is a collaboration.The references were all Awwwards.The brief was a site that moves like the craft it sells.

Barba.js makes it a single-page app, so a change of page is a transition rather than a reload. Webflow CMS holds every text, image and craft so the studio edits without touching code. It's been live since launch, still scoring 95+ on Lighthouse.

  • The Impressions slider. Swiper.js and three.js together: a WebGL shader slider on desktop, and on mobile the same gallery becomes a smooth scroll that handles every image orientation.
  • Masked reveals. Swiper pushed further for masked transitions and image reveals, checked to stay fluid on every device rather than only the fast ones.
  • Editable everywhere. Webflow CMS holds the texts, images and crafts, so the studio changes content without touching code.

    Mihailove makes bespoke pieces, each one worked out with the client. The references they sent were all award winners, so the site had to hold up beside them.

    Barba.js turns the whole thing into a single-page app, so moving between pages is a transition rather than a reload. Snap-scroll navigation, animated text reveals and fades, all on GSAP.

    Swiper was pushed further for masked transitions and image reveals, tested to stay fluid on slow devices rather than only on fast ones.

    Webflow CMS holds the texts, images and crafts, so the studio changes its own content without opening the code. The build stays light enough that the motion never costs the score.
