1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store on your device. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels) do much the same thing. Where this policy says cookies, it means all of them.
2. Our approach
We keep this to a minimum, and the minimum here is unusually small. We run no analytics: no Google Analytics, no Meta or LinkedIn pixels, no advertising or retargeting cookies of any kind. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not let anyone track you from our site to another one.
There is exactly one thing on this site that stores anything of its own: the booking calendar on our contacts page, which is Cal.com running inside a frame. Because it is a third party and sets its own cookies, we do not load it until you tell us to, either by accepting on the bar that appears on your first visit, or by pressing the load button on the calendar itself. Reject it and the calendar is simply never fetched; you can still e-mail us, or open the same booking page on cal.com directly.

Our hosting provider and our content system do not set cookies for ordinary visits to this site. If that ever changes, this table changes with it.
4. Content from other services
The only third-party embed on this site is the Cal.com booking widget on the contacts page, and it is click-to-load as described above. Their handling of anything you enter into the booking form is governed by Cal.com privacy policy, alongside ours.
5. Changing your mind
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page to bring the bar back and change your answer. Withdrawing is as easy as giving: one button, same place. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; every major browser explains how in its help pages.
6. Legal basis and your rights
Strictly necessary storage is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Anything else is used only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and the Polish Electronic Communications Law, Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej, in force since 10 November 2024), which you may withdraw at any time.

7. Changes
We update this policy whenever what the site stores changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
