Cookie Policy
Two optional things, analytics and the booking calendar, and neither loads until you allow it.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store on your device. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels) do much the same thing. Where this policy says cookies, it means all of them.
2. Our approach
We keep this to a minimum. There are exactly two optional things on this site, and you are asked about each of them separately:
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find the site and which pages they read: page views, the site that referred you, rough location (country and city, derived from your IP address, which Google does not store), device and browser type, and a few actions such as opening the booking calendar or clicking our e-mail address. We have switched off Google signals and ad personalisation, so this data is not linked to your Google account and is not used for advertising. We strip your name and e-mail from our page addresses before anything is sent.
- The booking calendar on our contacts page, which is Cal.com running inside a frame and sets its own cookies.
Neither loads until you say yes. On your first visit a small bar offers Reject all, Accept all, or a choice per purpose. Until you answer, and if you reject, the Google Analytics script is never requested and no analytics cookie is set; the calendar is simply never fetched, and you can still e-mail us, press the load button on the calendar itself, or open the same booking page on cal.com directly.
We run no advertising or retargeting of any kind: no Meta or LinkedIn pixels, no Google Ads tags, no selling or sharing of visitor data.

Our hosting provider and our content system do not set cookies for ordinary visits to this site. If that ever changes, this table changes with it.
4. Other services involved
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, acting as our processor under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. Data may be processed by Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted. The Cal.com booking widget on the contacts page is click-to-load as described above. Their handling of anything you enter into the booking form is governed by Cal.com privacy policy, alongside ours.
5. Changing your mind
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page to bring the bar back and change your answer, for each purpose separately. Withdrawing is as easy as giving: one switch, one button, same place. When you withdraw analytics consent, we stop sending data at once and delete the analytics cookies from your browser. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; every major browser explains how in its help pages.
6. Legal basis and your rights
Strictly necessary storage is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Anything else is used only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and the Polish Electronic Communications Law, Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej, in force since 10 November 2024), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting what was lawfully done before.

7. Changes
We update this policy whenever what the site stores changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
